The company began with a problem that could not tolerate missing information.
The problem
Thousands of pages, and no reliable way through them.
KaiAgentx began inside a legal workflow where a team faced thousands of pages of unstructured records and needed to find critical information without losing the connection to the original source.
What did not work
Generic tools lost the accountability the work required.
Generic AI tools were not dependable enough, and conventional extraction did not preserve the context or accountability the work required.
The approach
Build the architecture around the hard inputs.
That experience led to a different approach: build a processing architecture around difficult inputs, domain structure, automated validation, and source traceability.
The first result
Trusted Summaries, then a foundation.
The first commercial result is Trusted Summaries, a med-legal product designed for the record-review burden faced by QME, AME, and IME physicians. The larger mission is to apply the same processing foundation to other consequential data problems.
